Yummy Cranberry Sauce (and what to do with the leftovers!)


Cranberry Sauce is as staple on the table as the turkey! Fresh cranberries are easily made into a delicious sauce that compliments more than just turkey. Top a little cream cheese for an appetizer, accent duck breast with it! Pork, chicken the list goes on and on! INGREDIENTS

2 Cp Fresh Cranberries Water just to cover 1/3 Cp Sugar 1 TBSP Orange Zest, and the juice of the orange ¼ Cup Agave Syrup 1/3 Cp Maple Syrup


1) Wash the cranberries and pick out and discard any mushed, bruised or old berries 2) Place berries in a saucepan with the remaining ingredients, stir every now and then, and cook until the berries pop and the broth thickens. 3) Taste and adjust to your liking, serve at room temperature
