Here's the where and when...

The 2009 Larry H. Miller Tour of Utah presented by Zions Bank announces scheduled road closures for each of the five stages and prologue of the race.

August 18, Prologue: Utah State Capitol

Capitol Boulevard, east of the State Capitol between 300 N. and 500 N. Bonneville Boulevard between 11th Avenue and Capitol Boulevard will be closed at 2 p.m. and will reopen at 9 p.m. Access to the Capitol building parking lot will remain open and accessible via 500 N.

August 19, Stage One: Ogden to Salt Lake City

Arapeen Drive between Wakara Way and Komas Drive will be closed at noon and will reopen at 5 p.m. Emigration Canyon will be included in the race and residents should anticipate short delays from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

August 20, Stage Two: Thanksgiving Point to Mount Nebo

Expect intermittent delays on state Route 68, Route 6, Route 141 and Mt. Nebo Loop Road from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

August 21, Stage Three: Individual Time Trial at Miller Motorsports Park

No roads will be closed and no motorists delayed for this stage.

August 22, Stage Four: Park City to Snowbird

State Route 210 up Little Cottonwood Canyon will be closed from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. as will state Route 92 Alpine Loop from the summit to just above the Timpanogos Caves from 1:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. Expect intermittent delays on state Routes 40, 32, 113 and 189 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

August 23, Stage Five: Downtown Salt Lake City around Library Square

West bound 500 S., east bound 400 S. as well as State Street and 300 E. around the Library Square will be closed from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Detour routes will be posted at each road closure.

Emergency vehicles will have access to all venues at all times.
