Building on the success of its industry-leading Ski Salt Lake Super Pass, the Salt Lake Convention & Visitors Bureau (SLCVB) is introducing the Golf Salt Lake Super Pass, featuring 10 of Salt Lake’s top golf courses.
As with the Ski Salt Lake Super Pass, the Golf Salt Lake Super Pass features affordability, flexibility and the accessibility of Salt Lake Valley’s golf experience. Each Golf Salt Lake Super Pass includes an 18-hole round of golf for one to four players, golf cart(s), complimentary range balls and a 10-20 percent discount on rental clubs per player. In addition to playing some ofUtah’s top public courses, the Golf Salt Lake Super Pass allows golfers in groups of two to 12 players to make tee times 60 days in advance, as opposed to the typical 7-day advance booking policy.
The Golf Salt Lake Super Pass features public courses throughout Salt Lake including: Bonneville, Mt. Dell (Canyon), Mt. Dell (Lake), Old Mill, Riverbend, River Oaks, South Mountain, Stone Bridge, West Ridge and Wingpointe.
“This pass provides a great opportunity to play several of the beautifully diverse golf courses Salt Lake has to offer,” said Scott Beck, president and CEO of the SLCVB. “Whether you’re in town on business or pleasure, or live here year round, the Golf Salt Lake Super Pass offers a great opportunity to experience our excellent and incredibly affordable golf.”
Each daily Golf Salt Lake Super Pass is available for one to four golfers for as little as $45 per player per round when purchased online, or for as little as $40 per player per round when purchased as a part of a package at a number of Salt Lake hotels. For visitors and locals alike, each Golf Salt Lake Super Pass is valid through the 2009 calendar year, conditions permitting.
"The public golf course operators in the Salt Lake area are excited to offer the Golf Salt Lake Super Pass,” commented David Terry, Golf Enterprise Fund Director, Salt Lake City Corp. “We appreciate the SLCVB’s desire to promote the incredible golf value available in our area. Our golf courses provide a wonderful combination of quality playing conditions, mountain scenery and affordable green fees. When two or three rounds of golf on these courses are combined with a stay at one of our area's first-class lodging properties, the result is a memorable vacation for the value-conscious golf traveler."
