Recycle Utah announces the formation of a new garden club in Summit County, the Sunflower Garden Club featuring an emphasis on native plants, water conservation, and all other flora and fauna beautiful. The Sunflower Garden Club is open to anyone in Summit County wishing to share their love of gardening and their joy in nature.

      The first meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 1st at 6 pm at the Park City center, 1951 Woodbine Way, followed by monthly meetings on the first Wednesday of every month. Refreshments will be provided.

      The agenda for the “April Fools Day meeting” includes a house plant exchange, signup for membership in the Native Plant Society, and planning for educational and fun monthly meetings and walkabouts in members’ gardens.
