Park City Television (PCTV) is pleased to announce that it recently received 10 awards (six Gold, four Silver) at the annual Utah Broadcasters Association awards ceremony, aka The UBEEs.

The UBEEs honor the best efforts of Utah radio and television stations in 73 categories, and the station picked up the prizes in a variety of those, with golds for Best Commercial Spot (Under $5,000), Best Station Promo (Under $5,000), and Best Design Compilation.

On the editorial side, PCTV won top honors for Best Lifestyle Report for a feature on Rio Tinto Stadium, and for the third straight year took home the Best Sports Program award, this time for the Red Bull Rampage.

The station also picked up a Gold UBEE award for our annual Summer Fun Reading program (Best Children’s Initiative).

“This has been a difficult year for everyone in the television industry,” said Stanton D. Jones, station owner and general manager. “Despite that, our team continues to put out a quality product from our feature segments to our advertisements to long-form shows. I’m particularly proud of keeping the Best Sports Program title here at the station, as it truly represents our mission, and is a reflection of the active lifestyle of our state.”

Many of these pieces can be viewed online (links below), contact News Director Ori Hoffer, for video clips or for more information.
