The Utah State Office of Education released results of the Utah Basic Skills Competency Test (UBSCT or You-Biscuit if you're reading it on-air), and over 25% of students didn't pass one section of the test (Reading, Writing, Math).

Park City did much better, with less than 4% of seniors not passing by the time graduation rolled around.

16 juniors and 54 sophomores have a few more chances to pass before they graduate.
