Greg Neville from Lugano just stopped by to grill up an amazing lunch - one that will be on the menu this Sunday for Mother's Day, but it's outrageously easy to make at home.

Here's how...

Lugano Lamb T-Bone Chop Salad

Serves 4

8 ea. 4 oz. lamb t-bones*

4 oz. olive oil

4 ea. garlic cloves – minced

1 tbs. minced rosemary

½ tbs. toasted mustard seeds – cracked

Salt and cracked pepper to taste

*Farmers market fresh organic Morgan Valley Lamb


4 tbls. extra virgin olive oil

3 tbls. balsamic vinegar (6 year)

Juice of 1 lemon

Salt and pepper to taste


½ lb. mixed greens (*can find wonderful salad mix at the Farmer’s Market)

½ lb. arugula

2 tbls. feta

1 ea. pear - peeled and sliced

1 ea. red onion – sliced, grilled, and brushed with dressing

¼ c. kalamata olives/pitted *optional

Marinate lamb t-bones in the other 5 ingredients, grill over high heat 3 minutes per side

Toss salad with dressing, add grilled lamb & grilled vegetables
