The Park City Restaurant Association’s spring cocktail contest took place this week at Cisero’s Ristorante and Good Times Bar on Main Street. The judges have decided that Park City's "signature cocktail" for the spring and summer season of 2012 is... drumroll please!

"Flower & Pine" made by Deer Valley Grocery-Cafe's September Bickmore! Congratulations! (not pictured above)

The drinks were judged based on taste, presentation and appearance. "Flower & Pine" earned a score of 474 and high marks for taste and presentation. You can find the recipe below.

"The competition was extremely close,” PCARA executive director Ginger Ries said. “It just goes to show that Park City is home to some of the best cocktails, best bartenders, and best bars in the world.”

The runner-up was a beet puree called "Phat Beetz" presented by The Farm.

Deer Valley Grocery Café won a $100 cash prize and a trophy. Not only that, but "Flower & Pine" will be on drink menus throughout Park City restaurants until the end of summer.

But if you'd like to give the "Flower & Pine" a shot for yourself (like the pun?), here's the recipe!
