Snowbird, Utah –The race to Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort’s Hidden Peak begins at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20, with the Widow Maker Mountain Bike Race and Hidden Peak Challenge foot race.
Mountain bikers test their legs and lungs with the Widow Maker Mountain Bike Race from the bottom of Gad Valley to the top of Hidden Peak. This course is 4.7 miles and climbs 3,000 vertical feet. Registration is $35. For more information, call (801) 583-6281 or visit www.sports-am.com.

This weekend, celebrate the 36th Annual Snowbird Oktoberfest with Alp Horns on Hidden Peak, live music, authentic food and drink and fun for the kids. Oktoberfest runs Saturdays and Sundays through Oct. 5. Hours are noon to 6 p.m. and admission is free.
