Furburbia on the Move

Summit County Friends of Animals is excited to announce the relocation of their Furburbia pet adoption center.  Furburbia will move to a new location at the Tanger Outlet Center on October 1, 2008.

This brand new, larger space has been generously donated by Tanger Outlet Center.  Since their acquisition of the outlets in 2003, Tanger has been a tremendous supporter of Friends of Animals and Furburbia.  Over 800 dogs and cats were adopted out of Furburbia in 2007.

The new location is in unit B103 in the lower section just behind Calvin Klein.  Signage at the new and old locations will alert mall visitors to the change.  Tanger will be moving their offices to the old Furburbia location, directly below Mrs. Fields Café.  The move is a win/win for Friends of Animals and Tanger.  Friends of Animals and Furburbia get a brand new larger adoption center and Tanger’s offices will be more centrally located in the mall.

Furburbia will be closed on Tuesday, September 30th to facilitate the move.  For additional information, please contact Cathy Clark, Operations Director at 435-649-5441 or cathy@friendsofanimals.net.  For additional information on Friends of Animals and Furburbia, please visit our website at www.friendsofanimals.net.
