Farmington, UT Antelope Island State Park will be the venue for the 18th Annual Antelope by Moonlight Bike Ride to be held on July 15th at 10:00 PM. This popular non-competitive bike ride is open to participants of all ages and starts at the Antelope Island Marina. The half way point is the historic Fielding Garr Ranch where refreshments are served and prizes (including a new bike from The Biker’s Edge) are awarded. The entire route is twenty-two miles on an asphalt road. Event Planner, Neka Roundy, says “This route along the east side of the Island provides a breathtaking view of Great Salt Lake and the lights across the lake, all by the illumination of the full moon”.
Prizes will be awarded to participants who choose to dress up or decorate their bike using the 2011 theme. Judging will be at 9:45 pm at the Marina. “Costumes and bike decorations have really been fun over the years”, says Roundy.

Registration fees range from $17 - $27 and include a collector’s t-shirt, park entry, and refreshments (served until midnight).
